free driving theory test for pensioners

Pensioners have various discounts. They are for example able to travel in buses and trams for half the price. There are also various discounts for them in cinemas, theaters, etc. This is obviously good situation for them and if we take into consideration that their pensions are not too big we might say that this is quite fair. On the other hand why should anyone care about the fact that their pensions are small? Maybe people who don´t earn enough should also get discounts for that? This is a serious problem but I think there is something more to it. If you come to think of it you will realize that pensioners are not really using those discounts frequently. I mean, whenever I am in the cinema I see only few older people. So maybe companies are not really losing on the fact that that they are giving them those previously mentioned discounts. I have even seen an ad stating that there is free driving theory test for them. Again, can you imagine that and old age pensioner is willing to get a driving license? He or she probably has one or isn´t interested anymore that is why this promotions with driving theory test is just fake. Maybe it is able to interest people´s attention in the company, who knows.
